1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jta9", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jta9 platform and the entity operating it, accessible at jta9.io.
• "Platform" means the jta9 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, tools, games, and features made available at jta9.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with jta9 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the jta9 Platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole currency used for transactions on the jta9 Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by jta9 to Players from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures jta9 applies to Player accounts prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given to it in Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to all registered Players on the jta9 Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jta9 Platform. By completing the registration process and creating an Account, or by continuing to use the Platform after any amendment to these terms has been posted, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as they stand at the time of your use.

2.2 These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the jta9 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

2.3 jta9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jta9 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and Conditions.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the jta9 Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. jta9 takes age verification seriously and applies KYC procedures to confirm this requirement prior to processing any withdrawal.

3.2 Residency. The jta9 Platform is operated for players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from within Bangladesh and that you are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your specific location.

3.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the jta9 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.4 Own Identity. You must register only under your own true identity. The use of another person's identity, the creation of fictitious identities, or the provision of false information during registration is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

3.5 Employees and Associates. Directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of any company or individual associated with the operation of the jta9 Platform are not eligible to register as Players.

4 Account Registration

4.1 To access the full range of jta9 services, you are required to create an Account by completing the registration process at jta9.io. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date throughout the duration of your Account.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jta9 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

4.3 jta9 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from jta9 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

4.4 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jta9 support immediately. jta9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an Account where unauthorised access is suspected, pending investigation.

4.5 jta9 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its absolute discretion, including where it suspects that the registration does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

4.1 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, jta9 requires Players to complete KYC verification. This involves submitting a valid form of government-issued identification, such as a National Identity Card (NID) or passport, along with proof of payment method ownership where required. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jta9 may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing for the Account in question.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Currency. All transactions on the jta9 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jta9 does not impose currency conversion fees. The amounts displayed on the Platform are in BDT unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jta9 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected domestic bank transfers. Payment method availability may vary. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's Account instantly or within a few minutes. jta9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party mobile banking providers or network interruptions beyond jta9's reasonable control.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Where KYC verification has been completed and no holds are applied, withdrawals via mobile banking methods are typically processed within a few hours. jta9 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

5.5 Withdrawal to Original Source. jta9 applies a return-to-source policy where possible. Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.

5.6 Account Balance. The Account balance displayed on the Platform reflects confirmed, settled funds. Pending bets and unsettled wagers are not included in the withdrawable balance until they are settled. jta9 is not a bank and does not pay interest on Account balances.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 jta9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. The specific terms, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds applicable to each offer are communicated at the time the offer is made. Players are advised to read the specific terms of each promotion carefully before opting in.

6.2 General Bonus Conditions. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by jta9:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and above only.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds where a bonus is active on an Account.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Where a Player withdraws real-money funds while a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, jta9 reserves the right to remove the bonus and any associated winnings from the Account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except to the extent that wagering requirements have been satisfied.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. jta9 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or arbitrage bets to satisfy wagering requirements, operating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and the matter referred for further investigation.

6.4 jta9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion that a Player has already opted into and partially completed will be honoured in accordance with the terms under which it was accepted.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

7.1 All games available on the jta9 Platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is subject to its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before playing.

7.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based games available on the Platform, including slot titles and virtual table games, are sourced from providers whose RNG systems have been independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories. jta9 does not alter or influence the outcome of any game.

7.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or software fault affecting a game, jta9 reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and to refund the applicable stakes to the Players' Accounts. Where a game error results in an erroneously large payout, jta9 reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation and may void the payout where the error is confirmed.

7.4 Disconnections. jta9 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet disconnections, device failures, or network interruptions on the Player's side. Where possible, game state is preserved and the Player may resume an interrupted round upon reconnection. Where game state cannot be recovered, jta9 will act in accordance with the relevant game provider's technical protocols.

7.5 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, jta9 will rely on the result published by the relevant governing body and its designated data provider. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been affected by match manipulation will be voided.

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jta9 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any stage of Platform use.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or derive advantage from any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players in any game, including but not limited to live casino table games and poker variants.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose related to the proceeds of crime.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Placing bets on both sides of a market in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements or guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse in the context of bonus use).
• Engaging in any conduct that jta9 reasonably determines to be detrimental to the Platform, its operations, or its other Players.

8.2 jta9 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect Prohibited Conduct. Where Prohibited Conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, jta9 reserves the right to freeze the affected Account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct an investigation before determining the appropriate action.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the jta9 Platform, including but not limited to the jta9 name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of jta9 or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

9.3 Game content, including game titles, graphics, sounds, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) and is used by jta9 under licence. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit game content in any form.

10 Privacy and Data

10.1 jta9 collects and processes personal data from Players in order to operate Accounts, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, and comply with applicable security and fraud-prevention requirements. 11 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jta9 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical errors, server downtime, software malfunctions, or network interruptions not within jta9's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses incurred as a result of your own gambling decisions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Changes to the Platform, game availability, odds, or market offerings made by jta9 in the exercise of its operational discretion.

12.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit jta9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jta9 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content on it.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

13.1 jta9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any stage of Platform use.
• The Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• The Player is under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a security, legal, or compliance risk to jta9 or other Players.

13.2 Where an Account is terminated for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of termination will be returned to the Player via their last-used payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.3 Where an Account is terminated due to Prohibited Conduct, jta9 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the entire Account balance, including any real-money funds, pending investigation. In cases involving fraud or financial crime, jta9 may refer the matter to appropriate authorities.

13.4 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jta9 support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's last-used payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 jta9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.

14.2 Where amendments are material — for example, where they significantly affect Player rights, withdrawal processes, or bonus conditions — jta9 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered on the Player's Account.

14.3 Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 13.4.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

15.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jta9 operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market and endeavours to comply with applicable standards relating to online gaming, data protection, financial transactions, and consumer protection.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the first instance, any dispute between a Player and jta9 should be submitted to jta9 customer support at [email protected]. jta9 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve them within 15 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, jta9 and the Player will attempt to reach a resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

15.3 jta9 does not make any representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their location.
